Cleverly created from a variety of coloured metal threads, glass beads, spangles and a mother of pearl button, the brooch is constructed over a padded felt base and utilises traditional goldwork techniques.

A curved edge of metallic mesh ribbon surrounds the outer rim and it is finished with a commercial brooch back.
