Description
A combination of painted background, metal and silk thread embroidery and beading are used to create this delightful image.
A great tit (Parus major), adorned with a golden crown and embroidered breast, rests amongst the beaded flowers of a pear tree while a tiny red ladybird climbs along a branch and a pink butterfly hovers nearby.
