Description
Gone are the days when muslin squares, printed with redwork designs could be purchased for a single penny. The timeless appeal of this simple technique remains however, as can be seen in this charming sachet.
Flowers and leaves are outlined in colour, traditionally known as Turkey red, forming a striking contrast to the white background.
The sachet is edged in red and finished with a twisted cord and tassel.
