Description

Hang this spectacular stocking from your mantle on Christmas Eve and you are sure to find it filled with wonderful treats on Christmas Day.

Worked onto natural linen blend fabric with silk, cotton and metallic threads, pearls and iridescent sequins, the embroidery celebrates the 18th century English carol, written in 1739 by Charles Wesley with the lyrics updated in 1758 by George Whitefield.

Backed and lined with duck egg blue silk dupion, the stocking is edged with matching piping and can be hung from a fabric loop.
