Description
The elegant tracery of blackwork perfectly describes the fragile beauty of the graceful poppy.
Gentle curving lines are evocative of the Art Nouveau period of the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries.
The striking contrast of black thread on white linen is enhanced by the subtle sparkle of gold thread and tiny gold paillettes at the centre of the open flower.
