The rich luxurious colours of Victorian England are used to create this regal tassel.

A ruby coloured skirt is crowned with a head of gilt edged bows and sprays of silk lavender blooms upon shimmering burgundy ribbon.

Ruffs of three-dimensional ribbon blossoms edge the head.

The tassel is suspended by an opulent twisted cord that reflects the colours in the embroidery.
