Description
The dove is a symbol of peace and love across many cultures and appears in decorative arts in both stylised and natural form.
Encircled here by a selection of pretty, colourful flowers, it is a wonderful reminder of the beauty of the natural world and the pleasure that comes from surrounding ourselves with emblems of serenity and harmony.
Worked with stranded silk threads onto a background of ivory linen, this delightful scene is sure to bring a little peace to all who see it.
